We use a separate sheet in the workbook to accommodate the Profit & Loss report (or Statement).
Insert a new sheet in the same file (workbook) which has the sheet DATA and name it appropriately (This book uses the name PL). The position of the sheet is not important. You can place it anywhere among the other sheets.
