Review of data and structure in sheet TB

Review Of Data In Sheet TB

A review of the data and its structure in sheet TB is necessary to detect any inconsistencies in our data. Inconsistencies in our data will render formulas, filtering, sorting and PivotTable functions inaccurate, thus producing unexpected results.

In sheet TB, we should take notice of the following matters:

1. Row 1 - Make sure formulas in row 1 are still intact.
2. Row 3 - All cells must remain blank.
3. Row 4 - Cells from columns A to I must contain data titles. There should be no blank cells in between cells. Spelling must not change.
4. Row 5 - Some cells contain initial formulas. Make sure formulas are not deleted. This is the starting data area.
5. Rows 5 to 2000 - This is the Data area. Data must be filled row by row. Make sure there are no blank cells in any cell in the data area.
6. The absolute total amounts of RM-DEBIT/(CREDIT) should be 0 (zero).
7. The last filled row in columns A, B, C must be the same.
