Creating Creditor ageing report using Pivot Table removing NR pg 90

In the above operation, item NR is included because it is in the column CREDIT AGE GROUP. We want to eliminate this item. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the small downward arrow-head on the right of CREDIT-AGE GROUP.

2. A list of items will appear.

3. Remove the mark on the left of item NR.

4. Click OK

5.A refreshed report (nowc without item NR) reappears.

6. The amount of Grand Total also changes.
