In this sample report, we again show the monthly sales of each item but this time, with the months in the top row.

Here are the steps:

1. Follow steps 1 to 13 from Sample 1.

2. Drag the button ITEM SOLD into the ROW box and drop it there. Drag the button MTH into the COLUMN box and drop it there. Drag the button QTY into the DATA box and drop it there.

3. Follow steps 15 to 17 from Sample 1.

You should get the above report in a new sheet.

If the item NR appears and you want to remove it, follow the steps shown for Sample 1.

If Count of QTY appears instead of Sum of QTY, again follow the steps shown in Sample 1 to change Count of QTY to Sum of QTY.
