Creating Item Sold report using Pivot Table Put SUM pg 107

Sometimes, the label Count of QTY appears instead of Sum of QTY. In this case, you will want to replace Count of QTY with Sum of QTY in the report. To do this :

1. Right-click on the button Count of QTY.

2. A floating menu will appear.

3. Select Field Settings.

4. A dialog titled PivotTable Field will appear.

5. Under Summarize by label, select (by clicking) Sum.

6. Click OK.

Now the report will correctly show the sum of quantity (not the count of quantity).
