Creating Items Purchased report using PivotTable Sum pg 100

Sometimes the phrase Count of QTY appear instead of Sum of QTY. So, you will want to replace Count of QTY with Sum of QTY. Follow these steps:

1. Double-click on the button Count of QTY.

2. A dialog box will appear.

3. Under Summarize by, select (click) Sum.

4. Click OK.

Now the report will correctly show the sum of quantity (not the count of quantity).
