When we create a PivotTable based on data in a data area, usually we will not use (drag) all the buttons (which represent the column titles of the data area) into the PivotTable layout. However, the remaining buttons are effectively available in the PivotTable we created, though hidden. So, we can use the same PivotTable report to build a new PivotTable which uses any hidden button.
1. At a cell in the existing PivotTable, right-click once. A floating menu will appear.
Available choices in the floating menu are :
Format Cells... Format Report... PivotChart Hide Wizard... Refresh Data Select Group and Outline ▸ Formulas Order Field Settings... Table Options... Show PagesSelect Wizard...
2. The PivotTable and PivotChart Wizard appear. Step 3 of 3 dialog box will appear :

Options... Cancel Back Finish3. Under the label Where do you want to put the PivotTable?, select either New worksheet or Existing ting worksheet. If you select New worksheet, the resulting PivotTable will appear in cell A2 in a new worksheet. If you select Existing worksheet, you can click at any cell and the address of the cell will automatically enter the box below the label (The resulting PivotTable will appear starting at that cell. So make sure you don't click on any cell which will render its content be overwritten).
4. Then, click Layout button. From this step onwards you can continue as normal.
