Entering data in sheet Data page 37

Entering Data In The HOLD Column (Column T)

In the HOLD column, state the amounts of payments or receipts already recorded in the column RM-DEBIT or RM-CREDIT but not effectively released or received.

If the amount of Debit or Credit is not related to bank receipt or payment, or not subject to holding, just mark NR (for Not Relevant).

This column will help determine the actual true cash still available in hand or in bank.

Entering Data In The TERM Column (Column U)

In the TERM column, state the credit terms given to our customers or by our suppliers. The term should be stated in term of days, e.g. 30, 60, 90 etc. If data is not related to credit term, write NR (for Not Relevant).

Entering Data In The DUE DATE Column (Column V)

In the DUE DATE column, cell Q5 should already contain the following formula:

=IF(P5="NR","NR", B5+P5)

Just copy the formula to the cells below.

This column will help us to monitor dates of payment/receipt due.

Entering Data In The ITEM PURCHASED Column (Column W)

In the ITEM PURCHASE column, write the names of the items we purchase. Usually this is stated in the supplier's invoice.

If the document is not related to purchase of an item, just write NR (for Not Relevant).

This column will help us to monitor the items we purchase.
