Entering Data In The ITEM SOLD Column (Column X)

In the ITEM SOLD column, write the names of the items we sell. Usually this is stated in our sales invoice.

If the document is not related to selling of an item, just write MR (for Not Relevant).

This column is useful if we want to monitor items we sell.

Entering Data In The QTY Column (Column Y)

In the QTY column, write the quantities of the items we sell or purchase.

If the document is not related to item that we sell or purchase, just write HR (for Not Relevant).

This column will help us to monitor the quantities of items we sell and items we purchase.

Entering Data In The UNIT Column (Column Z)

In the UNITT column, write the measurement unit of the quantity of the item we sell or purchase.

If the data is not related to item that we sell or purchase, just write NR (for Not Relevant).

This column serve to indicate the unit of measurement we use to quantify the items (eg KG, MT, etc)

Entering Data In The PRICE Column (Column AA)

In the PRICE column, write the prices of the items we sell or purchase. If the data is not related to item that we sell or purchase, write NR (for Not Relevant).

This column will help us to monitor the prices of items we sell and items we purchase.
