Entering Data In The TEMP Column (Column AB)

You can leave cells in the TEMP (for Temporary) column blank. It is a multi-purpose column. You can use for any other temporary task. After you use this column, you can delete its content at any time without affecting the accounting data.

Entering Data In The ORIGINAL ORDER Column (Column AC)

In case you want to sort your data, use this column to record the original order of rows before sorting so that you can revert to the original order. However, you may choose to perform sorting on a copy of the sheet.
