Creating Items Purchased report using PivotTable Remove NR pg 99

In the above report, it takes items from the column ITEMS PURCHASED which includes the item NR. You want to remove item NR. The steps to remove (or rather hide) item NR are as follows:

1. Click on the small downward arrow on the right of ITEM PURCHASED. 1.

2. A list will appear.

3. Remove the mark in the box at the left of item NR.

4. Click OK.

5. The report will be updated without the item NR appearing. The totals will also change to reflect the non-appearance of item NR.
