Summary

For some accounts (such as creditors and debtors), you will want to carry over some of the details of the accounts (i.e. those unpaid invoices). In such a case, we will not zerorise each and every transactions. But for some other accounts, you want to replace every amount with a single figure. In that case, you will need to zerorise every amount. So, it is your choice whether to carry forward the details or to replace with one figure.
